I spent over 20 years in the Print & Direct Mail industry managing large amounts of data, fields, tags, segments & lookup tables. It was challenging work, and I loved it.
In 2020, I decided to take redundancy from this role and start a product-based business.
I learned what it was like to wear all the hats in a small business, and soon realised that my real joy didn’t come from making the products. It came from setting up all the behind the scenes tech.
So I made a change. Now I help business owners untangle their tech and set up their systems, so they can focus on what matters to them, without the tech headaches.
I’m organised, a natural problem solver, and I know what it takes to keep an online business running smoothly.
Simply put: I make sure the tech does its job, so you can focus on yours.

- I live in Yorkshire, UK (home of the Yorkshire pudding and proper tea, although I don't like tea!)
- My family and I share our home with Beans, a tuxedo cat who's convinced he's human
- I love yoga, reading, dark chocolate, curry and puddings
- I’m always cold. Snuggly jumpers and my heated mouse mat are essentials
